A simple DBS commercial aired in 1999 that struck every Singaporean's heart just because of a song.
A song from an unpopular band called LMNT.
The commercial was such a hit that every one looked forward to it everytime it went on air and I remember my family would called out on each other if it went on and we would frantically ran to the TV from which ever part of the house we were from.
And if either of us happen to be in the toilet, we will sigh in dissapointment and if the TV is nearby, we will request to increase the volume.
Yes, we were mad about the song.
